Welcome to PushBlatt!

The program is simple!

PushBlatt is a daily program consisting of a structured pushup regimen along with a daily Shas seder. The pushup program increases in difficulty each week, while the Gemara learning remains at a consistent pace. The standard program is outlined below and you are welcome to adapt it to your needs. But keep in mind: TefastaMeruba is the goal!

Standard Program

Pushups: Follow the drop-down menu below for each week. Take a one or two minute break between each set. There are five sets for each day. Pushups are to be done each day of the week except for Friday and Shabbos. Remember, the program is designed to start from scratch, if it feels too easy, stick with it anyways.

Gemara: You must learn three blatt of Gemara each day (or night). You can learn new Gemara each day, or one new blatt and review it two times, or even two new blatt a day and review one each time!

Pro Tip: Many choose to learn some of the blatt, do their pushups, and then learn the remaining blatt!

Beinoni Track

For those who feel that it just unfeasible to complete the PushBlatt program, we have devised the Beinoni track. The pushup aspect of the program remains the same, but you must complete two blatt per day as part of the program!
